Now a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and M.S. in Exercise & Nutrition, she's built Team Raine around the same honesty and persistence that got her through her own hardest chapter. After experiencing my own struggles with weight loss and body-image, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people transform their bodies, minds, and lifestyles through honest, science-backed coaching.

I work with clients of all backgrounds, including those pursuing bodybuilding goals, and pride myself on keeping coaching authentic, approachable, and affordable. My goal is to provide you with personalized training, nutrition guidance, and mental health support, while empowering you to achieve sustainable results and enjoy the process!
